Today she is showing off her latest creation, a dress covered in cotton reels!
Megan is a cheerful doll with blush cheeks, shiny glass-beaded eyes and a little button nose. Her long, dark-brunette hair is braided into two plaits secured by yellow and blue ribbons. She loves to make felt flowers and so she has created a blue felt hat with a beautiful bright yellow daffodil.

Her dress is prettily patterned with blue, green and yellow cotton reels and a lace and blue-ribbon trim around the puffed sleeves. She has a pale-yellow pinafore with a pocket covered in sewing pins, and lace edging to match her dress. Underneath, her navy underskirt is covered in a print of sewing thimbles, with white ribbon and lace trimming. Megan certainly couldn’t manage without her own thimble and she was so excited to find this material!

She also has a pale blue camisole with net underskirt and pantaloons, with blue ribbon and white lace trim. Her tights are made from the same sewing needle material as her pinafore pocket. Her shoes are a pretty mustard yellow felt with green ribbon laces.

Megan comes with her favourite white rabbit whom she loves to make new outfits for. He has cotton reel patterned ears to match Megan and a pale blue ribbon neck tie. Megan is approximately 45cm (17.5“) tall and her rabbit companion is 25cm (9.5“) tall.
