We call him the Professor, and imagine him gracing someone’s library or reading nook, after retiring from an illustrious research career, to finally sit and write down his memoirs!

He has been hand-crafted using traditional teddy bear making skills and materials, with a rich 100% pure mohair coat. He has a textured medium length fur, that has a golden sheen, and a soft milk chocolate coloured base. It gives him a deep and distinguished feel!

Arthur has large furry ears, with soft brown fur linings, and black glass bead eyes. His nose is trimmed in a traditional manner and hand-embroidered in brown along with a little grumpy mouth. He has pads and paws made from a cream ultra-suede.

Arthur has a slightly tubby tummy, and comfortably sits independently. He is approximately 25 cm (10”) tall when sat down, and at full length he is 35cm (14”). He can also be repositioned as his head, arms and legs are joined with cotter joints so that they are movable.

Finally, Arthur is wearing a dapper little blue and green tartan bow, matched with a cream gauzy necktie, and little spectacles perched upon his nose. He may look a little serious but he’s fooling no-one- he just makes you want to smile!

This timeless little teddy is made for you, but he will also last for generations as a truly fabulous family heirloom bear.
